-E has slightly better cooling (more copper) 2nd NIC port, eSATA, adds PCI-e 4x instead of singles. -E also supports 16gb RAM, which the Pro doesnt support offically.

what if your going with crossfire mode??the sata ports far away from the vga slots in the P5Q pro right??btw....these boards come with heating issues???

as in "over heating issues"

no boards have that unless u are OCing....

As far as CF the E has the Sata ports at the edge out of the way of the cards which works fine (Workstation has the Deluxe which worked w/ 2 9800GTX+s)

but..something like 9800GTX+ will cover the ports right??im talking abt the red sata ports...not the yellow ones....anyways..think ill have to forget about nvidia vga's if its for the P5Q-E...(that 10.5 inch card is gonna completely cover those....)..using right angled sata cables will do the job or what??

both boards should be fine. The P5Q-E's are turned so they dont face up and the Pros are towards the bottom which look clear of a dual slot cooler of a second card
