Hey my pc specs atm are

intel E4600 (2.4GHZ)
cpu cooler - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?category_id=7&product_id=6074
psu - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=3143
Graphics cards in sli - Geforce 295 GX2 (x2)
memory - http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KHX8500D2K2_4G.pdf
mobo - http://uk.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=64sh5AD8oYUq7Cp3&templete=2
case- http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?category_id=18&product_id=5363

Now what im needing advice on is that i read alot of reveiws and the dual-core E8400/8500/8600 is ment to get to 4Ghz easy , so im wanting to buy one to un bottle neck my 295's by this cheap cpu, but on the asus cpu page in the specs for mobo it shows 1333fsb as the highest listed , and it is surport in the cpu surport section, but if i buy this cpu could i get 4.0GHZ on this board? and do i have ok cooling for it?

any advice would be helpful as i realy need to unbottle neck these gfx's and get a faster cpu , but i realy love my 3-way board.

You should be fine...but to get to 4Ghz is not a guarantee...it never is on any board, although high chances are often.
I haven't really tried overclocking on an Intel system but I think you should be fine...

Before you buy anything you should probably see what speed your ram and mobo will do. If you can get them running at 400mhz then a 8600 should hit 4ghz, if you get 450mhz fsb then the 8400 would be running at 4ghz.
On the other hand, if your mobo or ram won't overclock much at all you may be better off buying an i7.
You may as well also see what you can push your current cpu to. Your planning to replace it anyway...

Also, before you buy, have a think about Intel Quads. They may not overclock up to 4GHz but they are certainly worth it now, provided that you have some extra cash to burn.

Well i was always told for gaming dual-core runs far better, and my dual atm is fast so id like to think a dual @ 4.0 would be great, also intel quads ie Q6600 arent realy quads, as they ant got 4 working core like the i7 series do , but if i wanted i7 i gota buy new mobo and ddr3 memory which i ant got and ive only just upgraded this , only thing i need is a new cpu strounger than mine and will handle the latest games im waiting for , like doom4 , brink, rage and cod mw 2.

I would like to see a comparable chart between all the processor's so i know eactly which to get max im paying , as i get stuff off ebay = £260

but i know on ebay they got those specific cpus i mentioned above for £80 to £100.

Even the E84/5/6/00 would bottleneck the GTX 295.
Getting a quad would be the best option.TRY Phenom II if you are on a budget.

I don't recommend you to buy a dual core for that card.
If you can't arrange money then waiting until you arrange money would be the better option.

Depends on the game, if it can deal with 3 or 4 cores you will be better off with a quad, if it just runs on a single core a faster dual would be better. If you can get a e8*00 for cheaper that might be better for now, then upgrade to an i5/7 later on.

Personally I have no issue with a e8600@4.2ish ghz. The highest load I've seen except when stress testing was 60%

well, keep in mind that games are using up to 3/4 threads now and is probably only going to increase, though the e8x00 series are very good OC'ers i doubt it will be a bottleneck for the GPU, though test the board before to see what fsb you can get to
