I know that a 9800gtx won't fit in a p182 by its self unless I remove the top hdd cage. Im perfectly fine with that, but if i remove the cage can i still install an in take fan in the top hdd cage? I plan to OC and go dual SLI so i think I might be needing the extra intake fan for GPUs. (This will be my 1st pc Ive built.)

Yes, there is mounting bracket for a 120mm fan in the front of the case which you can use with the upper hard drive cage removed.

So i can have a fan installed WITH the 9800gtx (which is 10.5" long, longer than most card)?

Ok, here's all the info you need to figure it out yourself. I just took a ruler to my P182, which has a 120mm fan attached to the hard drive cage just as you have pictured. From the back of the case to the front of the fan is 10". If you remove the drive cage and attach the fan to the front bracket, there is 16" of clearance. So, you do the math.
