I have a ECS P965T-A (ver 1.0) motherboard and I just wanna ask if anyone know this:
if I update the BIOS, will I be able to get my computer to work with a Q6600 processor?

Yes. It will work. Check your bios version at the post; you may not need to flash. And be careful with winflash. I had trouble figuring out how it worked. You could end up with a dead board. I try to use a floppy, but some flash utilities only work in windows.
