Installing a printer

Hello,
I am trying to instal an older type printer Lexmark Z645. I use Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition 2002 and I keep on getting the same message even when I down load the drivers or use the installation disk... it say cannot complete installation... Printer Monitor not know

Your error message does not seem complete. Did you try the drivers fom here http://support.lexmark.com/index?locale=EN&page=product&userlocale=EN_US&productCode=LEXMARK_Z645&focusedTab=DOWNLOADS#1 ?

What's the exact error message?
