i am looking to purchase a new case as the case that i have now (g5 or something like that, copy of a mac case) has limited cooling and is quite noisy, i am going to be overclocking and purchasing a hd4870 so i would lie to keep the case temps down. i also need a new psu which has been discussed in a separate post, however i am happy to do a combo deal, I need around 650w and a reliable well know brand.

Any suggestions will be helpful

thanks in advance

I don't know if the 900 and 300 are built to be quiet. I know for sure the Antec P18x series are built for silent pcs. They are good cooling as well. From what I research a while back, btw the Antec 900 and P18x the P18x is alot quieter (since this is designed for silent pc with sound defeafening boards) while the 900 is cooler.

The antec 900 has accessible fan controllers in the front. i'm sure you can dial in the amount of cooling/noise. the cooler master haf should be a good contender as it uses 3 massive fans for cooling.
