Click:

Start>Settings>Control Panel>Network Connections

Right-Click your network card, select "Properties,"

In the General Tab, Select "Install" then "Client" and choose "Client Service for Netware"

Click "OK"

You will notice a difference when starting up your computer after this, (no skipping log-on and passwords).
