Bios Help

I want to thank graysky for his newbie tutorial for oc but in the bios, i am having problems to identify and set the settings for this page... i got 8gb ddr2 800 ram

what do i need to set these settings?

in the bios i'm also seeing some other options which i cannot understand whats their function such as:

- STRAP FSB TO MCH
- DRAM VREF INCREMENT
- SB 1.1V VOLTAGE
- PLL VOLTAGE

As allready listed, my mobo is arsock p45xe v 1.0

Little suggestion - google. Dont expect people to rush and type again what already has been typed and explained countless times. And why do you think you need to change those settings in the first place?

^+1. Are you trying to OC the RAM?

Those values are for OCing the RAM NOT the CPU. They are timing values.

Leave them alone. Unless you have very specialized benchmark programs, you will not notice any difference in performance.
