I think that's pretty cool. =D

I've heard of southbridge/northbridge heatsinks, but I don't even know if there really is any use for them...
Though the Foxconn Bloodrage comes with some kickass stock heatsinks.

Let us know what kind of performance you get. =D

sorry...dont have any great results from the stock heatsinks, because the only time i used the stock heatsinks was with my dry ice run, and when you do dry ice the whole board getts a tom cooler than stock.

But i can tell you that the new heatsinks are pretty good considering ATM i only have one fan on my NB and no fans anywhere else.

Im getting a temp of

36 for my NB and 37 For my SB.

My mosfets are a little hotter than i would have liked at a temp of 30c.

Got any individual pics with the memory cooler attached to the memory?

Not installed in the M/B?

How exactly is the heatsink attached to the memory module?

It is wedged real tight though.

As soon as i get my northbridge ln2 pot from vince :fou: , then ill do a dice run trying to get a high clockspeed as well as getting a record FSB speed.

I should get it this week. So this week i also hope to take a trip down to airgas (the place where i buy ln2) and buy a shiny new cryogenic hose and phase separater.

Those should be here a week or so later, then were really gunna drop the temp :D

First thing that comes to mind is that you seriously need a life. :)
Second is learn how to resize pics. Photobucket has this great feature when you upload which allows you to select the size the picture will be displayed in.

Dude... you dont want an e8xx. It becomes addictive because the records are so hard to get to.

If the chip was introduced as a high end chip it is almost impossible to get ranked. If it was introducced as a midranged like the e2180 it is much easier to get in the top.

so i've got a real quick question with these records and cpuz validation. pretty much all that needs to go down is that your operating system boots and opens cpuz right? it doesn't necessarily have to be 100% stable?

As long as you can save a validation file you're good. No need for it to be 100% stable.
