Can a ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO Socket AM3 ATX Motherboard, AMD 785G Chipset, Supports AMD AM3 CPU, Dual Channel DDR3, HDMI ,be used to overclock??
Using an AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz ??

Yes. Raise the multiplier anf give it some voltage if necessary. Run Prime95 overnight and test for errors.
