Windows Explorer Debug Error - Please Help

Whenever i play an .avi video, a Window Explorer Error appear
It says: Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error Signature:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512 ModName: xvid.ax
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0003dd11

there's also another error .. DrWatson Debugger .. something. i forgot.
its also the same. when i click close, My Documents and My Computer crash.

pls help.

I already tried it but it's still the same. The same error appears again.

conflig codec ..

Let's go straight to the K-lite Codec Tweak tool to see if it detects any codec problems and maybe it won't be necessary to disable thumbnails at all. Get the Tweak tool here:

Ok. I've already download and installed the Codec Tweak Tool. Then press which one ??

Select the options Detect broken codecs, Detect broken DirectShow filters and run it. If it finds a problem you can let it fix it, or you can post the output here if you would like a second opinion.
