Blu-Ray Best Buy?

I'd appreciate some advice as to which Blu-Ray is the best buy.
If you have other recommendations than the ones in my list please share..

I chose the Sony one, but only because I've had good experiences with Sony optical drives as of late. Perhaps you can post links to each item listed above, so that it's easier for people to make comparisons?

Hardware: Sony. On my experience was Sony. Very reliable.
Software: StarBurn. Usefull and simple in use.

The LG drives have bootup issues with motherboards in AHCI. I run two WD Velociraptors on RAID 0 and my board defaults to AHCI. When in put in an LG drive...boot up would stick on recognizing the LG Blue Ray drive (BH08LS20). Not only that, but others seem to have issues that after having the drive in for a while...Bios no longer recognizes those drives. I sent my LG packing and ordered the Pioneer BDR-205. Read the review at the bottom of the product page...well done and documents how good this drive is:

My LG Blue-Ray Burner/ HD-DVD /DVD/CD-burner is ~ 2 years old... Works like a charm.
