I have a DG31PR. Want to upgrade as it does not allow Ocing. But as I have Vista OEM, if I change my mobo, will Vista work with the new mobo?(considered by microsoft as a new computer)

That does make it a new computer by MS's TOS so they don't have to activate it if they don't want to.
In reality i have an oem copy of xp in what would be consider it's 12 computer or so. first six or so rebuilds it activated fine online now i have to call in and do it over the phone takes about 2 min tell them i broke the old one had to upgrade and they give me a new activation number.
exactly 505090. Microsoft will consider it a new computer with the one exception of having to replace a mobo as a result of a failure. In other words just tell them you old motherboard was defective and you had to replace it and voila.
