Hi i am looking to overclock my ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP

Overclock until you get a crash/ BSOD...And do keep an eye on the temps of the card...

Try ATITOOL.
Nice and easy to use software for overclocking.

It will also find artifacts after your overclock.
