Just curious if anyone out there has installed either the Noctua U12P or C12P on their DX38BT or DX48BT2 motherboard?

I read the compatibility list for these heatsinks and they don't recommend both these Intel boards due to small SMDs on the back side of the board where a mounting plate would fit. Yet I've heard of a few people actually installing them successfully.

Just wanted some feedback.
