I was looking at speedfan today and i only just realised that the PSU reading was showing a little
flame icon by the readout - currently 56C whilst idling.
Is this normal for a PSU? I figured that maybe the overheating perameters could be set too low on speedfan and this was actually a normal temperature.....
Cheers for the advice guys
My setup:
- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz Dual Core CPU Overclocked too a minimum of 3.00Hz and beyond.

How warm is the air from rear of PSU? Does it feel like 50C? Sensor reading may be inaccurate. What other case fans? You may not have enough airflow.

Mike.
