It all depends on your RAM, MB and CPU. I'm quite assured your cpu will handle 3.3ghz because it's not that much after all and remember to lower ram divider, if you dont, your ram will become unstable quickly and you wont be able to get your best. i've read your motherboard can usually achieve such fsb overclock so you should be fine. and remeber not to raise voltage too much like: 1.4-1.425 for cpu, 2.3V for ram, i dont know about you MB.
