Hi.
I´m thinking abought getting a new monitor (24" ), at the begining of next month.
I wanted some pointers abought what to look for in a monitor.
It needs to be good for gaming, mostly FPS.(Crysis, CoD4, CS:S.....)
I have got 1 8800GT(i will be uppgrading that at the end of this year), would that card handle games at 1920x1200 (at least untill i get my new card)?
From what i have read i like this one:
http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer [...] KIEEFV/XAA
Does anyone have this monitor and could comment on him?
Would anybody reccomend a diffrent monitor?
Thx.

I have it, great monitor and the only bad thing about it is the toutch buttons are black and you need very bright light to see them.

see at bottom right:

I would recommend a S-PVA monitor rather than a TN monitor.
It will cost a little more but is well worth the investment.
Currently I am running with a Dell 2408WFP and it is very nice.
The Samsung 254T is supposed to be excellent also.
For some research, check out Anandtech's Display section and Prad.de's Review section (it is in English, don't worry).
