Phenom 9600
XMS2 2x2GB DDR2 800
MSI K9A2 Platinum v2 790FX

I'm new to overclocking CPUs and RAM, and from what I've read most people say to set your frequncy ratio to 1:1 which makes it so my RAM frequency is 400 and CPU frequency is 200 stock. from here i have almost no idea what to do. I was thinking i increase the CPU FSB until the RAMs frequency is back to the stock 800 and ive read that increasing the RAM's voltage to 2.0 or 2.1 can make its run better/faster. does this apply in my case? I'm not gona make any changes in the bios until i've gotten a decent understanding of this. Thanks in advance for any help.
