Here is the link to memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820227336 The mobo supports the following memory:
Four 240-pin Double Data Rate 3 (DDR3) SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) connectors with gold-plated contacts.
1333/1066/800 MHz DDR3 SDRAM interface
Unbuffered, non-registered single- or double-sided DIMMs
Non-ECC DDR3 memory
Serial Presence Detect (SPD) memory only
Up to 4 GB utilizing 512 Mb or 1 Gb technology
Up to 8 GB utilizing 1 Gb or 2 Gb technology
Couldn't get the motherboard to post, replaced it with DDR3 Corsair memory and it worked, I do not see a reason why that is so.. any ideas?

OCZ RAM tends to have problems, since they sell it pre-overclocked (in this case, requiring 1.7V). Stick to RAM that will work at the DDR3 standard 1.5V.

I've read a lot about people having issues with finding compatible memory for this board. There is actually a good amount compatible. The problem is that you need to find some cheap memory that is not Over clocked at of the box and adjust those settings in the bios to accept over clocked memory.
So, basically you need to invest in some cheap memory that is compatible (there is a large list on Intel's site for tested memory for this board) then make the necessary setting changes in the bios for the memory. Pop in the memory that you want to use, for the most part you need to make sure that that memory will work as well, and then it should be ok.
This is atleast the solutions i've come across for this problem. This board likes 1.5v memory and needs the bios to be changed to accept anything else.
