On typical wireless "g" band router, whats the radius on those things? Or is it that different brands have varied distances?

The brand does impact the range. I found that cisco is the best, but they are more expensive and somewhat harder to find. There is company between linksys and d-link that is owned by cisco which makes good wireless product too, but I don't remember which one. The other does ok stuff.

In ancient times they had no statistics so they had to fall back on lies

Linksys sucks. My friend have one and it keeps drop connection.

Is anyone using Dlink? If so, does it work okay?
