3DMark Vantage Score

What 3DMark Vantage score would you expect with the following; all at stock?

BFG 8800GT OC
E8400 @ 3Ghz
P5N-D Mobo
2GB Ram
Vista 32Bit

Well, I get 15.5k in 3dmark06 with a slightly faster 8800gts. Not sure about Vantage, since it only allows a limited number of runs on trial version, and I don't want to pay for another benchmarking software.

I got 16150 on 3dmark06 and almost 10K on vantage
Q9450 @ 3.4
hd4850 OC'd to max on CCC
4gb w/ vista

I'd say OC your CPU to at least 3.6 and OC your video card with RivaTuner and you could expect about 13K with 3dmark06 and 8-9K with vantage.

At stock I got P6192 (with new physX drivers) so that does sound about right then.

Whats weird tho is that my GPU score is only 4959 but my cpu is 24325! :s

That's the physx kicking in. I'd expect 6k or so CPU score if you disable physx. Oh, and an 8800GTX with a Q6600 @ 3.0 gets X2800 or so. I don't remember the other scores.

spot on , got 6003 CPU score without the physx. So does the GPU score of around 5k sound right?

I can't say off the top of my head - I'll run the performance preset on the 8800GTX as soon as I can to see.

Funny how Nvidia talked crap about Intel, and now physics drivers actually work the CPU. Go figure.

Well, it does to a point. A score that is way off will show an issue with performance.

My system is very similar and I get 12k for 3dmark06, no idea for Vantage though as I use XP.
