For this motherboard

The Memory standard is DDR2 1200(OC)/1066/800

For this motherboard

The memory standard is DDR2 1200

Does that mean if I buy 8 gigs of DDR2 800 it wont work in the second motherboard? And what motherboard is better?

The motherboard spec is only the *maximum* speed it is rated for. It will work fine at slower speeds also.
