Guys,

I'm about to rent some place in my house to a friend of mine. I agreed he can use my broadband internet but here in Belgium we have the problem of down and uipload limits. So what i'm looking for is kind of an hardware (read router) which can 1st monitor the usage of some devices (should be nice to do this by mac adress), shield his computer from my network (like apple's airport does now), limit his bandwith (don't want him to absorp all my bandwith) and if possible also has a good firewall.
Now i did all this by configuring a linux pc and this works fine but i don't want this to depend on a computer. Anybody any idea??

Thx very much

Wouter
