Do i need a x38/x48 or dont i?

this is what im getting.

q9550
ddr3 1800 4gb
280 gtx (one)
750 psu

i will not sli gpu's.

this is the board i was offered,EP45T-DS3R do the x38/x48 have any real advantages on that board please tell me what the advantahes are and if i realy need these boards at all.

i want a board that wont bottelneck any parts of my system.

and most importanly, i will not OC in any way,ever.

you could definitely save some money by not going X48. look into a P45 board.
