Keyboard problems shift 2

Hello,
I newly installed windows XP SP3. Since then I am having problem with my keyboard - when I press shift+2 key its printing " and when I press " key its printing @.. Really fedup with this... Somebody help please...

Check the input language for your keyboard (from Control Panel). It sound like you have a US keyboard but are using UK (or some other) input language.
