What motherboard for E5200 ?

hi. i would like to buy a motherboard for an Intel e5200. if possible without any need of bios update. i'd prefer an ASUS, but a Gigabyte would be also fine.
something below 90$

You almost always need a bios update, atleast it is recommended some Asus mobo's has bios flash 2 and that makes it really easy to flash your motherboard real easy. But not all asus mobo's have this function.

hmm...i'm not a big gamer. as i said i'd stay with an integrated video for the moment.
i would like the MB to have 4 slots for ram, as i plan on running a vista x64 bit system. so it has to be x64 compatible.
i think that's all. so mostly office application
thanks for suggestions.

ps-sincerely i don't know much about motherboards and i don't see the advantages of a more expensive MB (except overclocking, which i'm not interested in)
