Non existent drive showing on my computer

I put a CD into my computer which someone had made which had boot files on it. Now I seem to have a portion of disc allocated to this drive, even though the CD is no longer in the drive. If I try to uninstall the drive it tries to uninstall my hard drive so I guess it has portioned part of the hard drive to this boot?
