As to your question on max lvl of pets. Ive been a master CH for 3 months and a Master can only command 3 pets at a time.

And only totalling 70 ... you have to adjust which three you call so
they stay at or below lvl 70. Which, IMHO, stinks. A MCH should be
able to have stronger pets for stronger opponents.
