Ok so I'm kinda bad at overclocking my GPU's and never seem to get a good balance of settings. So here's my specs and if anyone can give me a good balance of GPU clock speeds and Memory clock speeds for both of my HD4850's on Catalyst Control Centers Overdrive, that would be SWEET!

- ASRock Mobo with 2 PCI express x16 2.0 slots
- 700W power Supply
- AMD Phenom X4 Agena 9600 2.35Ghz
- CROSSFIRE Sapphire ATI HD4850 512MB and XFX ATI HD4850 512MB
- 8.00 GB of Corsair DDR2 800Mhz
- 1TB Western Digital 7200RPM harddrive

OH! and will it help or hurt my Graphics cards if I turn up the fan speeds to 100% on both? I know they sound much louder but my computer is kinda loud anyway X0
