X-Fi Platinum Fatality Champion VS Z5500

hi all,

i have an issue which cant be solve since a while. hoping you guys could help.

1) install optical cable, but only stereo sound. tested at the creative console both rear speakers sound coming right through the front speakers. acfilter installed set to spdif also can help.

2) i played music on the music creation mode but only stereo mode (2.0 ss) despite set up for 5.1 channel.

3) bought some SACD (hybrid) & 24bit remastering CDs but cant enjoy those format properly.

4) is there anywhere for me to increase my quality?
