Recommended Mobo for E8400

Hey all,

Just curious as to what the best motherboard would be for the Intel E8400 cpu under the following setup...

I will not be overclocking, and I'll only have 1 GPU - the Sapphire HD Radeon 3870 512MB GDDR4 Single slot solution.

As for Ram I'm planning on going with the following:
Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400 2.0GB PC2-6400 DDR2 Kit

I was thinking of going with the Asus P5Q-E... I know I said no crossfire and this board supports it in dual 8x config but that's alright because in the future if I did decide to add another gpu i'd be set to go. I was wondering though is this board good to go with the E8400 out of the box or will it need a BIOS update??
