I dont need any advice as to what i should do differently unless there is a problem, im getting 2 different sets of ram so i can get rebates for both of them, and the thread related to this is:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/253542-31-cheap-upgrades-aging-system
Sorry, but i have no idea where i can find the thread number to do that properly.

So, all i really need is people to tell me whether it will all work together or not.

Edit-I especially need confirmation that the psu is plenty for what im building(it doesnt need to be flexible for future upgrades).

also considering a:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz 3MB L2 Cache
instead for the processor if it fits the budget. But i have no clue if the mobo supports 45nm chips.

A 2.0Ghz Allendale does not belong in a system with a 4850 and 4GB or RAM. DEFINATELY upgrade that CPU to the 2.53Ghz Wolfdale, at the very least. CPU bottlenecks aren't fun. The computer I'm typing on now has a nasty one. PSU should be fine, especially if future flexibility isn't an issue. May I ask what you plan to do for disk drives, however? A computer with no DVD drive or HDD can POST and enter the setup, and that's about it.

Ya i changed my plans, gonna get the e8400. Parents said theyd pay $200 of it for my birthday, after they put me on a budget lock... I dont get it, but ive gotten that same response about the processor from several places so ill just go for a nice processor. Oh, and im switching to an Antec 300 case. They have free shipping for that one on newegg now so its the same price as the case above with shipping.

I dont think i can really upgrade this mobo anymore, as it only has 1 pciex X16 slot, which will be full, and 4 ddr2 800mhz slots, which also will be full, and the processor prob couldnt be upgraded to anything with a higher power demand, unless i went for a quad core which prob isnt gonna happen. only things ill prob add are extra fans... The next step would be the corsair 750W, i think, but id only need that if i went with 2 4850's in crossfire.

As for the hdd and disk drives, im keepin my current emachines ones. The hdd from emachines is a 160Gb 7200rpm pata seagate, which is good enough for me, unless of course you can give me idea of super cheap sata hdds with at least 100Gb(i only use 70Gb with my games, dont have music or movies on it). The disk drives(a cd drive and a dvd burner) are also pata setup, but i really dont care about that. The only time i use them is for installing games, then i make an image of the disk and play it without the disk drive. So i have no need for a fast/new disk drive, but if you can talk me into a cheap hdd for faster loading or something...

*just finished the order so no more tweaking the build for me till i start overclocking
