What kinda card am i looking for to do the job?

Hello everyone i was wondering if i wanted to play to a native 1200p 24"+ 5/6<response monitor and a native 1080p 42"+ lcd 120mhz 6<response tv i would like to play hd and sd movies and tv both from drive and virtual drive and internet stream i would also very much like to be able to play games as i find ones that interest me. What other factors in terms of technology are relivent? Could i play to both the tv and the monitor in dual screen. What other potential benefits of graphics card purchases are their in terms of overall system performance (in general) Thank you
