Hello,
I am stuck on an infinite reboot loop... with a HP desktop running Windows XP Home Edition
On startup I have...
Windows did not start successfully . . .
with the option to start in the following modes:
Safe Mode
Safe mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command prompt
Last known Good Configuration
Start Windows normally
None of the options will work.
I have a recovery console disk and have tried selecting D:\I386 and doing a chkdsk the result was 'the volume appears to be in good condition and was not checked'.
I am not sure where to go from here. Can anyone help?
Emma
