Does anyone know what normally causes something like this ?

Also i was thinking maybe its ram , downloaded Memtest86 3.5 Release (3/Jan/09) , burned it to a CD , booted to it and it doesent seam to work . Looks like it just hangs around 7% on test 0 . So i dont know whats going on .

Any help would be awesome.

It could very well be RAM, yes. What kind of RAM do you have and what settings are you running it at?

i have CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

i am using a asus p6t deluxe v2 MB

I have set the timming to 8-8-8-24 and the speed to 1600mhz in bios

Edit : also cpu is at default clock , i have not OC'ed it at all.
Got memtest86+ to work , ran it with 1 pass no errors
