Ok, my friend and I live in the same Apartment building and I have net, We are trying not to go out and buy a wifi card. We do however have two Belkin f5d8233-4. Is there any way to link the two together so my friend can use the router as a wifi card? so it would be like this Inter net > belkin router via cable my PC > wifi > belkin router > via cable frinds computer

if there is a way, please help me out,

You need to put the second Belkin in Bridge mode if it supports it.
