I have a asus EA3450 512mb and it has a hyperdrive utility, but it says if i use this and the card breaks its not in the warranty is there anything i can do about it?

also , how can i get the most out of my graphics card by overclocking and will it run games faster?

Overclocking is safe if done properly.
The overclocked card will run games faster although the 3450 is not really a gaming card.
