Which Ram is would perform or be fastest?

Hello again,

I am about to purchase some ram, and am debating between two:

One is DDR2 SDRAM DDR@ 1066 (PC2 8500) with a cas latency of 5 and timings: 5-5-5-15

And one is DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) with a cas latency of 4 and timings: 4-4-4-12

So while one has a better frequency, the other has a lower cas latency.... Which would perform better or be faster?

ok ... I'll guess.
Nearly same performance.
Use 1066 if you overclock.

How'd I do guys ?

It would be nice to know what the rest of your rig is ... cpu, mobo, chipset....

But generally speaking if you don't plan to oc stick with the least expensive.
