Not enought system resource

I have a Windows XP computer. When usesr tries to open a shared drive it give this message,"Not enought system resource". But if i restart the computer it works. But then later, hours, or days, gives me same message, until I restart the computer. I tried the repair ip but that does not work. What is causing for this one workstation to keep getting this error ramdonly? I already checked increased memory has lots of disk space, chkdisk, scandisk, defrag, virus scanned and cannot not figure it out. Hope someone might help me. Plus the server has enough disk space and only happens to this user.

have you checked your power and screensaver setting for your network card? make sure turns off your network card.
