Urgent Help - Memory not performing

I just finished my new setup, but I think I need to tweak the RAM. It seems not to be running at capacity.

Biostar TF570 Sli
5400+ BE
HD4870 1G
OCZ Reaper 2x1g DDR2-1066

The POST shows the speed to be 667mHz?

In cpuZ:

DRAM Freq: 312Mhz
FSBRAM CPU/9
Timing 5-5-5-15 1T

EPP#1 : 533Mhz 5-5-5-15 2T 2.1v

Any help greatly appreciated

You need to run a different ram divider and set the command rate to 2.
