Note: This build came out to $830, but I left room for $80 tax and shipping.

Don't go for that rosewill unit. It's bloated on the 5V rail.

They're compatible.

You're getting 3 gigs of ram for 32-bit XP? Why not 4 gigs in dual channel? Some of the 2x2GB 800mhz can be had for $50 after rebate.

You're not overclocking and you're getting P43 for PCI-E 2.0?

The psu & case together is over $100. You might as well pick a Sonata 3 500:

Yours wasn't a bad system, all compatible, but with a few changes it's faster with little extra cost and still room to upgrade in the future.
