I have an Sli 3132 based raid card, PCIe interface. I want to get into its bios via f4 or Ctrl+S. The option (pre windows boot) does appear on a computer with an AMD cpu / via chipset. However, on an Intel based mainboard, it won't display the option to enter the bios of the Sata RAID card NOR does F4 or Ctrl +S work to take me into the bios.
This doesn't make sense to me. It is behaving differently per motherboard which I haven't seen before on a card like this.
All I want to do on the Intel system is setup a RAID 1 group THEN install Windows. I don't want to create the mirror AFTER windows is installed.
I hope that makes sense and someone can assist or explain why this is happening.
Thanks,
citorinut
