Radon 4850 & ViewSonic 2035wm black sceen after windows starts

Radon 4850 & ViewSonic 2035wm black sceen after windows starts.

Bios splash screen and POST display OK. Windows startup messages OK but when Windows fully loads and logo music plays screen goes black with "No signal Digital" on the monitor. This is using DVI cabling.

I can hook up the monitor's Sub-D port to the 4850 DVI port with an adapter and the monitor works perfectly in analog mode.
Any ideas??

For some reason Vista hates the Viewsonic monitors. Try getting a signal out of a VGA cable (use an adapter off the vid-card). I had the same issue, till I bought my Samsung. (was with an 8800GTS 512)
