New Build, What do you think?

My plans for this build are to A - play 1080 video on up to a 40" TV, and B - Get back in to some computer gaming that my current system has been too obsolete to handle lately.

I don't care much about looks and this seemed like a functional case at a good price.

I'm interested in any cheap upgrades you might know of, or places I can downgrade a little bit and not lose much (if any) performance.

I think it's a lot better than the Reaper.
Asus and I think Powercolor 4870's are only $255 after rebate.

If you're not planning on going with dual graphics cards, you could step back to a P45 board instead of the X48. Also, I don't think you need a 750W PSU to handle that hardware, you could probably get away with a good 600W or so.

Changed RAM to the C.Skills

How is this for a MOBO that is more suited to my needs. Definitely seeing the light that the rampage was way more than I needed:

Yeah, that's a great motherboard. The only thing lacking is RAID support, but it seems like you don't need that anyway, so everything's great.
