I5 3570k cooling question?

Would a hyper 212 evo be able to cool an I5 3570k @ 4.0-4.5 ghz? I heard these chips can get pretty hot. I will buy something more powerful in the future like a H-100 or noctua NH-D14, but for now the hyper 212 evo is all I have. So would it be able to keep good temps at my desired clocks?

I just finished a build with the Intel Core i5-3570K and the Corsair H100. I think I would have gotten close to the performance of the H100 with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 +/Evo when you use the second 120mm fan.
