I'm building my first computer and I was wondering if these parts would all be compatible together. I don't think there's any problem other than the space regarding the graphics cards. Here's the parts I've chosen.

My main concern was whether or not I could fit two 9800 GTX+'s on the 750i without having to sacrifice anything. And then I was wondering if that would fit in the case I've chosen. I've searched quite a bit for an answer to this question, but I haven't had much luck. If you've read this far into my post, I appreciate your time.

The motherboard is an NVIDIA SLi board, so it is specifically designed to handle to NVIDIA GPUs like the 9800 GTX+s you selected. I'm betting the case will be a tight fit with two full-length GPUs like the 9800 GTX+s with the HDD bay placed where it is. You might want a slightly bigger case like the Antec Nine Hundred to fit two full-length cards. I have the Nine Hundred and it will fit very long GPUs easily, whereas my Cooler Master case that's roughly the size of the Lian Li you put there is pretty tight with a full-length GPU.

The rest looks really nice. It ought to be a really nice setup. Just don't forget to add an OS to that list and you'll be good go go.

Yeah.. Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 32-bit comes in a bundle with one of the products, so I think I'm going to go with that. Thanks for such a quick response. Very helpful. How tight of a fit would it be and would it be that bad for the computer? I spent a lot of time trying to decide on a case and I feel like now that I've finally chosen one, It'd be hard to find another that suits me as well.

I was comparing the sizes of it to the one I previously listed and here's what I get:

Antec Nine Hundred:
Width: 8.1"
Height: 18.4"
Depth: 19.4"

Lian-Li B25B
Width: 8.27"
Height: 17.72"
Depth: 20.28"

Assuming it's the height that you were saying may cause it to be a tight fit, would 17.72" vs. 18.4" make that much of a difference? Thanks again for your help.

With only 2 drives (hdd, dvd) and only a PCI soundcard to consider re fit cables on the mobo itself, you are looking at winding a cable to connect point A to B for the hdd, and the pci-Sound is going to probably be well away from the vidcards.

The only problem I can see is air flow between the sound and vidcards, and I doubt soundcard is an issue. Assuming the board is MADE FOR SLI, you will likely be good to go.

I thought the case measurements were a good consideration; but it seems your case is very close to the other recommended case, in fact wider, so even more clearance re dvdrw approaching mobo, and routing cables = n/p

Be sure to air flow.

This is exactly what I was hoping to hear, and yeah.. the board is made for SLI. Thanks a lot for the quick responses. This seems to be one of the nicer forums I've been to, so you'll probably be seeing me around more often. I'll post pictures of the spacing between the HDD and Graphics Cards when I build it for anyone who may be interested in doing a similar setup.
