A8n34sli deluxe blue screen

Is there anyone that can help me?

When I start up my computer I get a blue screen that tells me my bios is not fully ACPI compliant and to update my bios. I have the most recent bios for the motherboard and it is enabled in my bios. I have tried changing everything, memory hard drive cpu vid cards etc. This doesnt happen all the time somtimes it boots fine other times i have to shut it off several times before it will boot. Any thoughts?

Oh yea I also replaced the power supply and cmos batteries.

ASUS A8N32SLI Dekuxe DOES NOT function with SP3 installed. SP3 completely disables the MB like you are describing. You have two choices. Reinstall Windows XP with SP2 or Install Vista. Vista works great on mine.

You could simply leave 2GB or greater USB drive installed, but that is hardly a proper solution. Some with our motherboard A8N32SLI Deluxe are also experiencing hangs when installing vista. I have tried 5 times to install vista to avoid SP3, and vista hangs over the sata chip used in this board. I just can't win sometimes.
