Slow copy and paste problem in pendrive

Hello,
i have a problem with my HP pen dtrive(4 GB). Its taking a very long time for any kind of file to get pasted in my pen drive.Is their any solution to fix this problem. Please reply as soon as possible If possible i request you to mail those details to my Email id motapartikrishna@gmail.com

Make sure it is plugged into a USB II port. You'll get up to 45MB/sec there.
If plugged into a USB I port, expect less than 1 MB/sec.
