GA-EP35-DS3L - 2 short beeps then reboots

As the topic says 2 short beeps, then reboots. If there was going to be a 3rd beep I wouldn't know, because it reboots after the 2nd beep. Just repeats this until I power off the PSU. No OC'ing was done on this board. Thinking there was a short in it somewhere so I took the mb out of the case(disconnected everything).

Reseated cpu/hs, reset cmos, plugged in cpu hs, cpu power, mb power, then took out all but 1 memory stick, inserted power switch wire. The problem still persisted...

It ran fine for several weeks then bsod several times saying something about resetting my graphics...

Check your settings in the bios, make sure you have things like floppy drive turned off if you don't have 1, and make sure that if overclocking it didn't reset itself and it's trying to tell you it did.
